Breadfruit Penne Pasta
Breadfruit is rich in dietary fiber, protein and potassium which provide good digestion, long-lasting energy and muscular support. Imagine a potato on a tree, but way more nutritious! Gluten-free and low-glycemic. Its dietary fiber and resistant starches satiates with less food for longer.

– Boil 4 to 5 cups of water over high heat.
– Add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of oil.
– Pour the pasta into the boiling water, stir occasionally and cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until just al-dente.
– Drain and then rinse well under cold water, stirring by hand to rinse off excess starch to avoid sticking.Available in presentations:
