    Maya Nut is an ingredient that has not been genetically modified, it is high in calcium so it prevents osteoporosis, it also contains potassium, iron, folate and fiber. It is considered a complete protein because it has all the essential amino acids such as leucine, valine, arginine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, lysine, histidine, methionine, threonine and tryptophan which is rarely found in daily consumption ingredients. Tryptophan is directly related to the synthesis of serotonin which is linked to relaxation and good sleep, helps relieve blood pressure and stress. Additionally, it is a source of vitamin B2, B3, B6, C, E and fiber.

    This coffee is processed under the below methods:

    1.Wet Process
    Which the special attributes of this fermented wet process are that the flavors of washed coffees are a lighter texture, cleaner cups, more fruity and floral flavors, and brighter or more intense acidity.

    2. Honey method
    The method is known as honey because the coffee becomes coated with the mucilage and feels like honey and the taste of coffee is unique in this process, characterized by its sweetness and many fruity and sweet acidity flavors.

  • Café Britt Habitat Sloth Blend

    For this blend, Café Britt has gotten together with Toucan Rescue Ranch to purchase collars and transmitters to track rescued sloths after their release. This coffee, from the Tarrazú growing region, is a medium roast with a citrus (orange-lime) aroma and a fruity, caramel flavor.

    The premium line is a coffee graded from 80 to 85 points, and it has a medium-dark roast. 100% Arábica coffee from the Occidental Valley of Costa Rica, specifically from Lourdes, Cirrí Sur, Naranjo. Produced at 1300-1500 mamsl. It is available in coffee beans or ground, and in 250g or 1kg bags.
    The cup profile has a flavor of dark and white chocolate, caramel, and bitter sensations of chocolate seeds.

    The Supreme Golden Coffee is a process in the wet-mill where the coffee bean keeps approximately 50% of the honey and the and the natural sugars’ pulp, resulting in floral scents, notes of cane juice, almonds and the citrus acidity characteristic of the Tarrazú Region, and a heavy body with chocolate aftertaste.
