The rennet used i s plant base making this product suitable for consumption by vegetarians. The result is a cheese with a semi hard yet creamy texture, at the same time soft and able to crumble, with a pleasant acidic and salty flavor.

  • Halloumi

    Halloumi is a semi-hard, unripened, brined cheese. The cheese is white, with a distinctive layered texture, and has a salty flavor. This product is handcrafted in small quantities using pure 100% raw goat’s milk from a single farm, blended with pure 100% raw cow’s milk from a single farmer, that is, unpasteurized in accordance with the company’s policy of offering only pure and natural products, which are also free of fillers or preservatives and free of hormonal contamination derived from industrial livestock.
    Pasteurization upon request.
    The rennet used is plant-based making this product suitable for consumption by vegetarians.
    The result is a cheese with a firm texture excellent for frying or grilling.
