This coffee is the best of each harvest. It is 100% Arabica coffee from the Catuai variety. During the milling process it is water-washed and sun-dried. Its cup profile has a tasting score of 87 points, with organoleptic qualities such as: fresh mint and citric aromas, brilliant acidity and a light and solid body.

Bean origin: Strictly Hard Bean (SHB).
Presentation: whole or ground bean from 340g onwards.
Bean humidity: 11 % to 12 %.
Free of foreign odors.
Elevation: between 1.400m – 1.800m m.a.s.l.
